To be eligible for the NDIS, you must have a permanent and significant disability that affects your ability to take part in everyday activities. You'll also need to be aged under 65 when you first apply, and be an Australian citizen or permanent resident. Our team can guide you through the eligibility criteria and application process.

NDIS participants receive an individualized funding package based on their specific goals and support needs. Funds are disbursed to pay for reasonable and necessary services and supports that help the participant pursue their goals and increase independence.

Absolutely! At Maven Care, we believe in empowering our clients to have choice and control over their support services. You can select the specific support workers you prefer based on factors like compatibility, skill set, or language requirements.

Your NDIS plan is reviewed annually, at which point you can request changes to your support services or funding allocation. However, if your circumstances change significantly before your plan review, you can request an unscheduled plan review by contacting the NDIS.
